Two Easily Made, tasty and nutritious meals
Two easy, healthy and wonderful tasting meals:
Shown above: Chicken, potatoes and carrots simmered in Indian style simmer sauce that you can buy in a jar. Put the chicken in boiling water until mostly cooked. Add potatoes and carrots, and continue to cook. Take chicken from pot and put on plate. Remove skin and bones as needed and cut chicken into pieces. Dump water and add simmer sauce. Cover, reduce heat, let simmer for another half hour.
Shown below: a very easy and nutritious meal. Chicken, vegetables and pasta with a touch of Parmesan cheese. Boil chicken until mostly done, then remove skin and bones as needed. Add frozen mixed vegetables. When mostly done, add pasta and let boil until pasta is cooked. Remove from heat. Drain and then add a hand full of Parmesan. Stir and serve.
