A simple and fabulous tasting meal
Great Tuna Noodle Casserole:
1 - 6oz Can Solid White Albacore Tuna
1 - 3oz Can of same
1 package "noyolks" egg noodles
2 cans campbells concentrated cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
2 cups frozen peas
1 package grated cheddar cheese
Preheat Oven to 350
Boil noodles and peas together until noodles are done but still firm
Drain noodles and peas
Drain Tuna very thoroughly and break into small pieces
Mix noodles and peas, concentrated soup (don't add water) and tuna
Spray baking pan with PAM or other nonstick spray
Spread mix in pan evenly and top with grated cheese
Put aluminum foil on top of baking pan
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, let cool before serving
