CHILI – VEGGIE STEW
I can of chili: Hormel, Dennison’s or other
¾ Cup frozen peas
½ Cup Brussels sprouts or green beans
A handful of grated cheddar cheese
1 Large fresh tomato, chopped
1 Cup water
Combine above ingredients in pot and simmer on stovetop for twenty minutes, stirring occasionally.
